Drag the box or its corners. “Fit to subject” adds even margins, handy for product photos. After cropping, “Redo removal” re-checks just that area for finer edges.
Makes your image square without cutting anything off. The extra space uses your background color, or stays transparent. Handy for profile pictures, marketplaces and social posts.
Rounded corners are transparent in the PNG and white in a JPG. For a round profile picture, make the image square first, then choose “Circle”.

How to round image corners
Add your image. Upload, drag or paste it. It opens with medium rounded corners.
Pick the radius. Use the slider or the presets: Small, Medium, Large or Circle.
Download a PNG. The rounded corners are transparent, so the image sits cleanly on any background. A JPG fills them with white instead.
Make a circle picture
For a round profile picture or avatar, open the Square tab and choose “Around subject” or “Whole image”, then choose “Circle” in the Corners tab. On a square image, the largest radius gives a perfect circle; on a rectangle it gives a pill shape. You can also make the image square first on its own page.
Where rounded corners look good
Slides and documents: rounded screenshots and photos look softer and more modern.
Websites and app mockups: match the rounded style of cards and buttons.
Profile pictures and logos: a circle crop with a transparent background works on any site.
Stickers: remove the background, add a color and round the corners for a sticker-style image.
Frequently asked questions
Are the corners transparent?
Yes, in the PNG download. JPG doesn’t support transparency, so its corners become white.
How is the corner radius measured?
As a percentage of the image’s shorter side: 50% is the maximum, which makes a circle on a square image and a pill shape on a rectangle.
Can I remove the background as well?
Yes. Press “Remove background” and the AI cuts out the main subject. You can then keep it transparent or choose a color in the Background tab.
Is it free? Is my image uploaded?
It’s free with no account or watermark. Everything happens in your browser, so your image is never uploaded.
